Yamazaki is a popular distillery producing Japanese Whisky. The distillery is located near the town of Shimamoto, Osaka Prefecture and is known for producing a sweet, fruity and spicy style of Japanese Single Malt Whisky. Yamazaki was originally founded by Shinjiro Torii in 1924. The distillery's water source is a local spring.
